Elevating Caloundra with a Touch of Coastal Luxury

A leader in innovative residential projects announces significant milestone in the construction of their premium residential offering in Caloundra.

Bianco promises they are redefining luxury living in Caloundra. Luxury meets the horizon, BIANCO is set to be a beacon of classic, timeless elegance amidst the laid-back vibe of Bulcock Beach.

In a landmark moment for the development, a tower crane has been erected at the BIANCO site – a symbol of progress and the first of its kind to grace Caloundra's skyline in almost 2 decades. This milestone shows the development's progress, and a signal of the region's growth and appeal as a premier coastal living destination.

BIANCO stands right by the water, offering unparalleled views of the sparkling Pumicestone Passage and easy access to Bulcock Beach. The project combines the best elements of modern, coastal design with high-end finishes and amenities, catering to those who seek the ultimate seaside lifestyle without compromising on luxury.

With its strategic location, BIANCO offers residents the best of both worlds – serene beachside living and easy access to a vibrant mix of cafes, restaurants, and retail offering - our beautiful playground by the sea. The project is poised to become the first premium apartment offering in Caloundra, setting a new standard for luxury and design on the Sunshine Coast.

BIANCO’s Project Manager, Mitchell Evans, says “We’re making great progress, the power lines are down, and the padmount transformer has been installed by Energex so we now have a permanent power supply. The tower crane has now been installed, making onsite logistics and material handling much smoother. We've also made headway with the basement's infrastructure by pouring the first walls and columns.”

Caloundra has entered a new era of progress with the short term construction pain of not only the BIANCO residential building but the redevelopment work of the Council's administration building transforming into an integrated community facility and district library further up the street.
