The 'Show n Shine' days span over two glorious days: Saturday 31 May and Sunday 1 June 2025. This is where the heart of Beachfest beats loudest, with polished chrome, roaring engines, and a whole lot of people enjoying the view.
Sunday 1 June – Show n Shine Day 2 X Caloundra Street Fair
Just when you think it can’t get better, Sunday morning brings a fresh twist. From 8am to 12 noon, the Show n Shine returns — this time in collaboration with the beloved Caloundra Street Fair. It’s the best of both worlds: classic cars and market stalls, side by side.
Stroll through the CBD and Esplanade as you browse artisan goods, local produce, handmade crafts, and boutique fashion — all while surrounded by some of the finest vintage vehicles in the country. Grab a coffee, chat with the locals, and soak up the laid-back Sunday vibes with a soundtrack of live music and the occasional engine rev.
This fusion of car culture and the Sunny Coast's favourite markets is what makes Beachfest so uniquely Caloundra. It’s not just about the cars — it’s about the people, the stories, and the shared love for all things classic.
The Beachfest Show n Shine weekend is something you can't miss. The cars, the fashion, the markets, the atmosphere, you’ll leave with smiles (and with no phone storage!).
Beachfest Downunder - Changed Traffic Conditions
To accommodate a safe event footprint, road closures affecting the following streets will be in place on:
Wednesday 28th May | 3– 10pm Street Party 5–8pm
-Bulcock Street between (Otranto Ave & Minchinton Street)
Saturday 31st May | 5am to 2:30pm: Show n Shine Car Show Day 1
-Otranto Ave between Omrah Ave & The Esplanade
-Bulcock Street between Knox Ave & Tay Ave.
-Minchinton Street between Leeding Tce. & Omrah Ave.
-The Esplanade, from Maloja Ave., to Minchinton Street, and on to the Happy Valley car park on Bulcock Beach.
Sunday 1st June | 6am to 12:30pm: Show n Shine Car Show Day 2
-Otranto Ave and Esplanade, from the entrance to Breakwater Grand Pacific, to Minchinton Street
(Please note: the weekly Sunday closure of Bulcock Street (and cross streets) for the Caloundra Street Fair will be in place along with the additional Beachfest event closures)
