Bulcock Street Is Where Christmas Gets Lit

Caloundra is about to sleigh the beginning of the festive season with its annual Christmas Street Party! On Friday, 5 December 2025, Bulcock Street will transform into a fun hub of festive fun, family vibes, and local love from 4pm to 8pm.

Think twinkling lights, wholesome family fun, the smell of delicious street eats, and the sound of boppy Christmas tunes floating through the summer air. Here’s why you need to be there:

🎅 Santa Is Coming To Town
Yep, the big guy himself will be making an appearance. Grab the kids (and your inner child) and snap that iconic Christmas photo with Santa. Santa photos will be hosted in the Strand Arcade - make sure you check out Christmas Tree Lane whilst you are there!

🎨 Free Face Painting & Fun Rides
Little ones can get their sparkle on with festive face art and enjoy a kids ride that will keep the giggles going all night. The best part - these are absolutely free.

🎤 Live Street Performances
Caloundra’s talented local dancers, singers and aerial performers will bring the Christmas cheer to life with vibrant costumes and feel-good tunes. It’s the perfect soundtrack to your evening stroll.

🌟 Grand Christmas Tree Lighting
Don’t miss the magical moment in Felicity Park when the Community Christmas Tree lights up the night sky. Gather round and soak up the festive glow.

🎁 Christmas Shopping Sorted
Forget the last-minute panic, our night market and late-night retail trade have you covered. From handmade crafts to unique treasures, you’ll find gifts that scream thoughtfulness (and support local artisans while you’re at it).

🎨Caloundra Regional Gallery hosts: Wildflower Artisan Market. Enjoy live music from local artist Lea Sanson, a cash bar, and engaging art activities for the kids. The exhibition will also be open late for your enjoyment.
