Sun Powered Sound: Bulcock Street Music Festival
Hold onto your bucket hats. There's something loud, proud, and totally unmissable coming our way!

Hosted in Caloundra on Saturday 6 September 2025 in the heart of town, Bulcock Street is turning into a full-blown indie-punk-metal-ska playground. It’s the first-ever Bulcock Street Music Festival, and it’s about to shake the Sunshine Coast.
With its vibrant streets, laid-back coastal vibes, and a community that knows how to groove, Caloundra was handpicked to host this all-ages gig. The town’s unique blend of youthful energy and seasoned cool makes it the perfect backdrop for a day of sonic exploration.
Meet the artists about to set Bulcock Street on fire (figuratively).
This isn’t your average street party. We’re talking raw riffs, rebellious rhythms, and genre-bending goodness from some of the most electrifying acts in the Aussie alt scene, and our fun fact is that many are locals!
Drunk Mums: Melbourne’s garage-punk legends bringing chaos and charisma.
Sunny Coast Rude Boys: Local ska heroes with brass that slaps.
Dadfight: Punk power with a name that screams backyard brawl.
These Four Walls: Alt-rock anthems with emotional punch.
Pity Vincent: Indie vibes with a melancholic twist.
Chamberlane: Metalcore madness to stir your soul.
Wave Raiders: Surf punk with a splash of rebellion.
Speira: Atmospheric rock that’ll take you places.
Thank U Please: Quirky, catchy, and unapologetically fun.
Jarr: Local legends with a sound as fresh as the ocean breeze.

Felicity Park will be buzzing with food trucks, drinks poured by local legends Moffat Beach Brewing Co, and The Red Frogs crew to keep your senses tingling between sets. Whether you're a headbanger or just here for the vibes, you won't regret it.
This is not a drill. The Bulcock Street Music Festival is a one-day-only explosion of sound and spirit, and it’s the first time this kind of event has hit Caloundra and it's the greenest planned music festival running 100% on battery power, making BSMF one of the greenest festivals in Australia. No noisy generators, no fossil fuels just clean energy driving big sound.. If you’ve ever wanted to see your town transformed into a live music haven, this is your moment.
And the man behind the madness? Al Jones, organiser and owner of the beloved Bulcock Street Bazaar, had this to say: “We wanted to create something that felt raw, real, and totally Caloundra. This town’s got a pulse, and the Bulcock Street Music Festival is here to amplify it. It’s about giving people of all ages a space to discover new music, connect, and just let loose. Not to mention, showcasing how lucky we are to have such talented and vibrant artists here on the Coast”
Grab your mates, your mum, your neighbour’s dog (okay, maybe not the dog), and get ready for the tunes and good vibes. Tickets are moving fast, and trust us...you’ll want to be part of this.
