BIANCO welcomes first retail tenant

Exciting developments are underway as the vibrant coastal town of Caloundra welcomes the announcement of the first business set to take residence in a luxury residential complex.

Located on the corner of Bulcock Street and Tay Avenue, the eagerly anticipated BIANCO building is taking shape as construction progresses, with an estimated completion date in mid-2025. The project, a creation by local builder and developer RCQ, will encompass 27 apartments spanning over eight levels, offering unparalleled views of the picturesque Pumicestone Passage and convenient access to the nearby Bulcock Beach.

Justin Stainton, general manager of BIANCO, expressed enthusiasm for the progress of the building, highlighting the significant strides made in recent months, including underground power installation, the erection of a tower crane, and the completion of a three-level basement. With these milestones achieved, the team eagerly awaits the visible emergence of the building in the upcoming weeks, adding an exciting new dimension to Caloundra's urban landscape.

In an announcement that has sparked considerable anticipation, RCQ has revealed that Bunker Espresso will be the first retail tenant on the ground floor of the complex. Bunker Specialty Coffee Co, renowned for supplying high-end Melbourne coffee to cafes and espresso bars across the Sunshine Coast for the past eight years, is poised to bring its distinct flair to the BIANCO development.

Kate Saultry, owner of Bunker Espresso, expressed her elation at the prospect of launching the second Bunker Espresso in the stunning new BIANCO site. "We are very excited to be opening our second Bunker Espresso in the gorgeous new BIANCO development," she said. "We are looking forward to designing our second site to be a sleek, modern space that fits seamlessly into the sophisticated BIANCO building. We chose BIANCO because of its amazing location – being right in the heart of town and also waterside."

BIANCO's developer, RCQ, boasts a track record of delivering remarkable projects across the Sunshine Coast, including Settlers Cove in Noosa, One The Esplanade in Cotton Tree, Serene in Yaroomba, and Reflection Cove in Maroochydore. The apartments and skyhomes in BIANCO offer an array of two, three, and four-bedroom options, with over half of the units already sold.
