Caloundra is about to play host to an exciting Wheelchair Basketball Tournament.
The T25 Suncoast Spinners Wheelchair Basketball Tournament rolls into town from January 17th to 19th. Hosted at the Caloundra Indoor Stadium, this event will showcase athleticism, teamwork, and community spirit.
The Suncoast Spinners, renowned for their Wheelchair Basketball and Wheelchair Rugby programs, are bringing together 22 teams from across the region and beyond. The games kick off at 9am on Friday, January 17th. Spectator entry is absolutely free!
Local teams like Synergy Spinners, Rock 'n' Rollers, South Burnett, Suncoast Spinners, and Wonder Women will be battling it out on the court. And the T25 Premier grade is set to ignite with four star-studded teams: Darwin, Auckland Wheelbreakers, Suncoast Spiders, and $$ The Franchise. These teams are packed with talent and are sure to deliver some nail-biting action.
