New Residential and Hotel Precinct in Caloundra

A new mixed‑use development approved for Caloundra Town Centre.

Development approval has been given for a premium mixed‑use development at 126–140 Bulcock Street, Caloundra, introducing a new residential and hotel precinct designed to bring resort‑style living to the heart of the town centre.

The approved development will create a three‑building precinct that combines private residences, hotel and short‑term accommodation, and activated ground‑floor hospitality and retail uses within a single, integrated destination.

The project will be delivered in two stages, with construction expected to commence in early 2027.
In total, the project will include:
● 74 residential apartments
● 96 hotel and short-term accommodation suites
● Ground-floor restaurants, bars, cafés and retail
● Wellness-focused shared amenity and resort-style recreation facilities
