Whether they’re a busy parent, a tradesperson, a retiree, a young person, or simply someone looking for a positive way to spend a Sunday morning, the event is designed to be approachable, inclusive, and enjoyable.
Participants can expect live music, simple guided movement including beginner friendly yoga, opportunities to connect with others, and a relaxed community atmosphere in one of Caloundra’s most beautiful outdoor spaces. Families and children are warmly welcome.
